Science & Technology Policy and Science & Technology Management Research Center of College of Public Administration was established in 2007 with the purpose of studying the development issues of science and technology in the process of China’s modernization. There are 5 professors, 1 associate professor, and a certain scale of postdoctoral and doctoral research teams. Until now, the research center has won more than 10 national projects, dozens of provincial and ministerial-level projects. Furthermore, it has published hundreds of papers in Research Research Management, China Soft Science Magazine, Forum on Science and Technology in China, Studies in Science of Science, Science & Technology Review, and Guangming Daily. The research center has also published 20 monographs. In recent years, it has attained a series of influential research achievements in the construction of innovation service system, innovation cluster, reform of science and technology reward system, innovation of national laboratories, energy policy, etc., some of which have been adopted by the national, provincial and ministerial governments.
